Delete Your NurMart Account

If you would like to delete your NurMart account, you can do so directly from the NurMart mobile app.

How to request account deletion

1. Open the NurMart mobile app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to Account Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Follow the confirmation steps to complete your request.

What happens when you delete your account

When your deletion request is submitted, your NurMart account will be deactivated and your associated personal account data will be scheduled for deletion, subject to any legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or operational retention requirements.

This may include:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Saved delivery addresses
• Account profile details
• Order history linked to your account
• Wishlist and preferences

What may be retained for a limited period

Certain information may be retained where required for:

• Legal and regulatory compliance
• Tax and accounting obligations
• Fraud prevention and security

• Order and transaction recordkeeping
